The Atmosfera systems

inONE System and Application Integration Department develops the Atmosfera family of applications based on our proprietary Atmo platform. The Atmosfera systems are an important element of our offer in the area of business process optimization and IT service user support.
Atmosfera Service Desk– a robust IT-department management system used by several dozen large Polish enterprises. It is the only Polish system with certified compatibility with the ITIL guidelines (Pink Verify).
Atmosfera Service Desk Outsourcing Services– a version of the Service Desk system, tailored to the needs of companies providing services to external customers (maintenance, colocation, etc.).
Atmosfera Customer Operations– a highly productive system supporting communication with the customers, and effectively processing the incoming inquiries, complaints, information requests, etc. It supports the work of both call-center consultants and back-office specialists.
Atmosfera User Right Management– comprehensive support for user-right management processes, particularly within the organization’s IT system.
Atmosfera BPM Engine – a business process management system. Based on a service-oriented architecture, it enables efficient implementation and full control of processes supported by various IT systems.
Atmosfera Project, Portfolio & Demand Management– a system supporting management of projects, portfolios, project programs, and business needs/requirements.
Atmosfera systems have been operated for more than 10 years in the largest Polish companies, including PLL LOT SA, TVP SA, Agora SA, Netia SA, PTC Sp. z o.o., P4 Sp. z o.o., Bank Ochrony Środowiska SA, Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego SA, Warsaw Stock Exchange, and Synthos SA.
