inONE SA (formerly ATM Services) was established in October 2006 as a company of the ATM Group. Since March 31, 2011, inONE SA is a company of the Web Inn SA Group. The inONE lines of business include outsourcing, IT optimization, and support for business and IT-management processes.
We provide SMEs with comprehensive IT services which include full support for IT systems and users, with an option to outsource only selected parts of the IT infrastructure.
The offer for large companies with their own IT departments includes consulting, deployment, and tools to optimize the infrastructure and service processes for IT users and external customers. For customers interested in changing the organization and cost structure of some elements of the IT services, we can outsource selected areas or processes, for example a help desk for IT users or maintenance services in field branches.
Also, inONE supplies the hardware, software, and services necessary to build and optimize the IT infrastructure (including server infrastructure consolidation).
An important area of the company business are deployments and development of Atmosfera applications, which support business and IT-management processes.
inONE SA has a unique set of competencies and resources:
– its own Łódź-based remote IT support center (help desk, monitoring, system administration) and nation-wide maintenance organization, with the highest support quality and maturity of the tools and processes, confirmed by the ISO 9001 certificate (ISO 20000 pending);
– the proprietary Atmosfera technology for building IT-process management and optimization tools;
– a team of consultants specializing in IT infrastructure optimization technologies and ITSM process deployment;
– competencies within the highest levels of partnership with such companies as Dell, VMware, Symantec, Microsoft and EMC.
inONE SA has the ISO 9001:2008 certificate for its user-support process management system in the area of comprehensive ICT services. The certificate has been issued by Det Norske Veritas (DNV), a reputable Norwegian agency specializing in IT management system certification, etc..
