Our services allow you to expand the skills of your IT department, and to optimize the standard support processes. Most customers in this sector use our services in order to offload their own personnel from such tasks as daily support for users, or PC maintenance, and enable them to focus on development projects or business-critical applications and systems.
inONE’s offer is based on the ITIL model, and includes services reflecting the typical roles in IT user/system support processes in a company. The services may be provided from our remote-support center in Łódź, through our support organization covering the whole country, or on site.
