inONE S.A. invites to the IT Support Forum 2011 by HDI Polska
As announced earlier, inONE S.A., the manufacturer of the Atmosfera Service Desk solution, has become the Platinum Partner of the IT Support Forum 2011 organized by Help Desk Institute Polska. The event will take place on next Thursday, June 16, 2011, in the Westin Hotel.
In the main panel of this year’s conference,Krzysztof Choroszko, product manager and consultant, Business System Department, inONE S.A., will make a presentation entitled “From a company department to an external service provider – or the bourgeois gentleman, or rather the other way around...”.
After the business part, we invite you to the evening Gala of Support Leaders, at which the awards in the Support Leader 2010 Competition will be handed out. The nominees include companies which have deployed the Atmosfera Service Desk solution. It is worth reminding that in the previous editions, the distinction was granted to the User Support Department of Agora S.A. and to the IT Department of the Krakow City Office.
